Job summary

Kairos Home Care Services is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to serve clients in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. You will work in patients' homes, performing housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, and errands with a focus on safety and quality of care.

We offer flexible scheduling, options for full- or part-time roles, and a supportive local office. Direct deposit is available, and you can designate your own coverage area to match your home base.

Qualifications

• English speaking is required; bilingual preferred.
• HHA certificate 40 or 75 hours is required.
• CPR certification (in-person) required; no online CPR accepted.
• AHCA Level II Background Screening required.
• Professional Liability Insurance required; provide a copy within 30 days of registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping and laundry services; shop for groceries and household items.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks; run errands as needed.
• Assist patients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming.
