Job summary

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking compassionate caregivers for non-skilled, non-medical home care in Robesonia PA and surrounding communities. You will provide personal care, mobility support, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping to help clients stay safe at home.

We offer flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends), full-time and part-time opportunities, training and onboarding, and support from a local office. No prior home care experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Show compassion and professionalism in caregiving.
• Ability to follow an individualized care plan.
• Willingness to complete onboarding and training.
• Clear communication with clients and care team.
• Have reliable transportation to client homes when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
• Support mobility and continence as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Run errands and provide approved transportation.
• Provide medication reminders to clients.
