Job summary

Right at Home Franklin, TN is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. The role involves personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed. Training is provided, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Starting pay is $15–$18 per hour, with weekend pay and health benefits options. Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not mandatory, and candidates must meet basic employment

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
Prepare meals, light housekeeping, errands or transportation, and support daily activities at home.
