Job summary

Independent Home Health is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients’ homes. Flexible shifts are available with full-time and part-time options.

You will assist with daily activities, prepare meals, provide companionship, and help with errands while following care plans and documenting services. Prior experience is welcome but not required, and a driver’s license is often needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Caring, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with errands or appointments (if needed)
• Follow care plans and document services
