Job summary

Total Care Connections, one of Arizona’s largest family-owned home care companies, is hiring caregivers and home care aides. We’re supporting 5–10 new clients weekly across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and surrounding areas with flexible schedules and a path to reliable work.

We provide on-the-job training, daily pay options, and benefits while supporting your growth and stability in a caring team environment.

Qualifications

• Open availability for day, night, or weekend shifts.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (training provided).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs. and perform caregiving duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one in-home care
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility
• Help with errands, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Monitor client conditions and communicate changes promptly; ensure client dignity, safety, and comfort
