Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join the emergency department at Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, NC, a short drive from Durham and Raleigh.

The position is full-time, with flexible scheduling and independent contractor status. Required board-certification in EM, FM, or IM and ACLS/ATLS/PALS, and experience in a medium-acuity facility seeing about 19,000 patients annually. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine coverage as a full-time staff physician in Roxboro, NC.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and collaborate with ED team.
• Participate in scheduling and uphold clinical operations standards.
