Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders by phone and in-store.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate monetary transactions.
• Assist in fast-paced store operations and maintain orderly work area.
