Job summary

BrightStar Care is hiring PRN CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in Roswell and surrounding areas. Flexible hours allow you to work as many or as few shifts as you want, from a few hours to up to 40 per week, across day, evening, and night shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, providing companionship, and supporting memory care clients. CPR/First Aid and TB test are required, and a driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting is required.
• Hospice care familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and recognize health changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, families, and teams.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving quality of life.
• Must pass background checks as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal prep.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Support memory care clients with reminders and engaging activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
• Follow all health and safety regulations during care delivery.
