Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation to appointments.

Our focus is on preserving dignity, privacy, and independence by tailoring services to each client’s needs. We offer flexible schedules close to home, competitive pay with daily pay options, benefits, EAP, and 401K

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Six months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment contingent on background check.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
