Job summary

Learning Care Group in Illinois is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children and staff on field trips, to and from school, and other locations. The Driver ensures the bus is regularly maintained and safe for driving under applicable state and municipal regulations.

This role emphasizes caring, teamwork, and flexibility. You may assist in other capacities as needed and must be 21+ with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license.
• Have and maintain a safe and violation free driving record.
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work.
• Experience working with children.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Caring! Transport children in a bus or van from one loving, educational environment to another with a smiling face!
• Responsible! Ensure each child's safety by maintaining vehicle functionality regularly and implementing safety procedures with their school Director.
• Team player! The Driver may step into a Teacherrole or assist in other capacities as needed.
