EmmUcare Home Health is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides in Lancaster, PA. We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities, day, evening, and weekend shifts, and competitive pay based on experience and client assignment.

No prior home care experience is required; we provide training and onboarding to help you succeed. Join a supportive team with local office support and benefits for eligible employees.

About the Position

EmmUcare Home Health provides non-skilled, non-medical home care, which means you do not need to be a nurse, CNA, or experienced healthcare professional to get started.

We provide the training and support you need to confidently care for clients in Lancaster PA and surrounding communities.

Client assignments are matched based on client needs, your availability, qualifications, location, and ability to travel.

What You May Help With

Qualifications

We're looking for caregivers who:

Onboarding Requirements

Caregivers must complete applicable employment and onboarding requirements, which may include:

• TB screening documentation
• EmmUcare competency training
• Required employment documentation
• Applicable background and eligibility requirements
