Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to maintain stocked fixtures, keep the store clean, and support sales drivers to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role involves following procedures, maintaining timely inventories, and assisting the Merchandise and Operations Managers with daily operations.

Candidates should be able to work independently or as part of a team, adapt to a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and use basic technology such as POS

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fixtures stocked with merchandise and store cleanliness is maintained.
• Support merchandise manager and operations manager through performance, people, and process.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Protect company assets via loss prevention practices and deliver guest service.
