We offer flexible scheduling, a $200 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, virtual training, 24/7 office support, employee recognition, and a referral bonus.

The base hourly wage is $19.00 per hour, with duties including personal care, companionship, meal prep, and safety oversight.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field, or schooling, and or training course
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, light housekeeping
• Provide general oversite to ensure the safety of the client within their home
