Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer. The role uses our exclusive shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more, giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you while gaining site experience.

Part Time - Open Schedule with a $20.00 hourly rate. You may be called for irregular shifts with little notice, and you’ll perform patrols, incident reporting, and customer assistance across multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• State/local licensing may be required.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or client vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary.
