Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect clients across industries including healthcare, education, and finance. You will use our shift-pickup platform to select open shifts based on availability, gaining diverse site experience and a pathway to growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for company/ customer vehicle assignments.
• Age 18+ (21+ if armed) and reliable, adaptable to different posts.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and security hazards.
• Raise alerts to police or fire department when needed.
• Control access and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe for theft and ensure proper handling of company property.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activity.
