Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Flex Driver Patrol Coverage in Riverside, CA to provide patrols and respond to incidents. The role offers irregular shifts with evening, night, and weekend coverage, and opportunities for career growth within a leading security services company.

Pay is $19.70 per hour. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license where required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be available for varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have reliable transportation.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents and incidents; maintain logs.
