Securitas USA is seeking a Flex Security Officer to guard people, property, and assets at SeaTac, WA across multiple client sites. Duties include patrolling, monitoring systems, and controlling access to ensure a safe environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, quick onboarding, and opportunities to develop in a trusted security team with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay availability.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
