The ideal candidate will demonstrate situational awareness, professionalism, and strong report writing, with the ability to work across various posts and shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Available for coverage Monday–Friday 0600–2300 or weekends 0600–2300.
• Must demonstrate heightened situational awareness, professionalism and incident response.
• Experience in monitoring access, patrolling, and enforcing site rules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to buildings, facilities, or restricted areas.
• Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols to ensure site safety.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or security incidents.
• Write detailed and accurate incident reports.
• Enforce rules, regulations, and procedures as directed by site management.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and provide support during crises.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or potential threats.
• Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems, radios, and alarm panels.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with law enforcement, fire, or medical personnel when needed.
