Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older (21 for armed roles where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or contact police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor access points.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal of items.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
