Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a retail distribution location, verifying credentials and authorizing access according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate access logs, visitor records, and incident documentation; report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established protocols, communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
