Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex Mobile Patrol in Spokane Valley, WA. You will patrol designated areas, monitor for security concerns, and respond to incidents across healthcare, education, finance, and retail sites.

You will work 30–40 hours weekly with irregular shifts and a self-scheduling program. The role offers career growth and a pathway to longer-term opportunities within a nationwide security leader.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or prohibited articles.
• Permit authorized entry and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
