GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer in the Baltimore area to adapt to changing missions daily. You will handle patrols, access control, incident response, and customer service while maintaining high security standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring, reporting, and coordinating with authorities. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., pass a rigorous screening, and have a valid security license and driver’s license.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, AED certification - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a valid security license.
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You have security experience - even better!
• You have CPR, First Aid, AED certification - Preferred.
• You have reliable transportation.
