Job summary

WE Transport Inc. is hiring School Bus and Van Drivers in Westchester County, NY. The role offers a flexible split shift, guaranteed 20 hours per week, and a $2,000 bonus after CDL training and certification.

New hires can take advantage of FREE CDL training with a permit, and competitive starting pay for buses and vans, plus benefits like PTO, 401(k), and life insurance. Qualifications include being 21+, 1 year driving, and NY CDL with endorsements (or willing to obtain via company training).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Possess NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or willing to obtain through our free training).
• Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and comply with CDL guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus or van to transport students safely and on time.
• Monitor traffic, road conditions and student behavior for a safe ride.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
