Home & Care is seeking a Speech Therapist (ST) to join our Casper, WY team and help patients recover speech and language disorders so they can return to what they love. You will work with a supportive team to assess needs and design tailored treatment plans that promote communication and quality of life.

Applicants should hold an MS-CCC and valid state licensure, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MS-CCC) required.
• Valid state licensure to practice speech therapy.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients with speech and language disorders to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement effective speech and language therapy programs to improve patients' communication skills.
• Conduct therapy sessions with patients, including individuals and groups, to achieve treatment goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech therapy.
