Job summary

Work is self-scheduled for inventory and audits, with flexible daytime hours and outdoor conditions.

No automotive experience required; paid training is provided. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and access to a mobile device or Wi-Fi to submit data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Personal mobile and/or Wi‑Fi Internet access for submitting data.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius and travel up to 50 miles for scheduled audit work.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work with tablet-based applications and systems to complete tasks.
• Ability to maintain daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly inventory and audits.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities per OEM guidelines.
• Complete monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by assigned deadline, with flexible timing.
• Conduct visual inspections and accurately document vehicle and audit information.
• Submit timely, accurate data to support audit programs and market valuation.
• Work independently while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
