Greentree Ridge Health & Rehab Center in Asheville, NC is seeking a Nursing Assistant Scheduler to maintain the community nursing staff schedules and support shift coverage, ensuring smooth daily operations in a SNF setting.

The role includes performing direct resident care as needed per care plans, adhering to health and infection control policies, and collaborating with the nursing team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
• Previous experience with scheduling preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community nursing staff schedules.
• Perform direct care to residents as assigned per care plan and supervisor instructions.
• Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
• Provide a safe environment and emotional/social support to residents in a SNF setting.
• Attend to residents’ physical needs and comfort as directed.
