Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service while handling transactions in a fast-paced quick service restaurant.
• Maintain proper and clean uniform at all times.
• Arrive on time and follow attendance policies.
• Accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take, repeat, and confirm guest orders.
• Suggest additional items to enhance the guest experience.
• Explain promotions, coupons, and pager systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stock and manage display cases.
• Follow all side work duties assigned by management.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
