Urban Wine Walks in Denver, a Tourismo brand, is seeking personable wine lovers to join our team as Wine Tour Guides in downtown Denver. You'll lead engaging, 90-minute walking tours through tasting rooms and historic venues, sharing local culture and wine stories with adult guests.

As a guide, you’ll coordinate with partner venues, deliver entertaining narratives, and provide warm hospitality while showcasing regional flavors.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable walking 90 minutes and standing during tours.
• Enthusiasm for wine, culture, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of guests on 90-minute wine tours through downtown tasting rooms, historic venues, and local drinking establishments.
• Deliver engaging historical and cultural narratives while sharing local wine history, tasting notes, and regional flavors.
• Coordinate with partner venues, wineries, and tasting room staff to ensure smooth group transitions and exceptional hospitality.
• Manage tour pacing, route safety, and group engagement to maintain an entertaining, inclusive experience.
• Provide high-quality customer service, answer guest questions, and offer local recommendations to guests from all over the country.
