Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Team Member to deliver best-in-class service in our Baxter, MN location. You will greet customers, keep shelves stocked, and support price changes and merchandising initiatives.

The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, prior retail experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential for daily success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers and provide best in class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain sales floor cleanliness and product presentation.
• Assist with price changes (regular, clearance, sale).
• Execute nightly recovery of departments through fronting and facing shelves, sweeping and cleaning.
• Train in cash register functionality and assist with running a cash register if needed.
• Assist in merchandise resets, visual display maintenance, housekeeping, and freight flow coordination.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other initiatives.
