Job summary

The Marshalls store in McMinnville, OR, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks team members to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience while maintaining store standards. You will engage with customers, support merchandising, and participate in safety and loss prevention initiatives at 2300 NE Hwy 99W.

• Support store operations and safety initiatives.
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Assist in loss prevention and safety awareness.
