Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in subject area (English, Social Studies, History, Government, Economics)
• Patience and empathy; support diverse learners
• Heart for teaching; passion to share subject with students
• Proficiency using G-Suite and LMS
• Ability to provide fingerprints and pass federal background check (AZ, WA)

Responsibilities

• Teach students one-on-one, tailoring lessons to each learner’s needs and style
• Guide students toward mastery with gradual release to build confidence
• No lesson planning or outside work required; focus on inspiring students and delivering personalized instruction
