Job summary

Meadowbrook Healthcare & Rehab in Pulaski, TN is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will provide skilled, medically necessary treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and help our geriatric residents regain independence in daily activities.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited OTA program and an active state license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervisor.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
