Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to work under a registered Occupational Therapist, delivering care plans and documenting patient progress in our Wisconsin home health and senior living network.

Must hold Wisconsin OTA licensure, be NBCOT eligible, have at least one year of clinical experience, and possess good verbal/written communication and CPR certification; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Wisconsin OTA license and be eligible for NBCOT certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical OT assistant experience.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implements care plans under the supervision of the registered occupational therapist.
• Performs delegated patient evaluations and documents progress.
• Maintains accurate clinical records and reports changes to the supervising therapist.
• Contributes to team discussions and coordinates with other care providers to ensure comprehensive plans.
