• Amenity & Leasing area upkeep: Clean leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, and amenity spaces; restock supplies as needed.
• Additional spaces & reporting: Clean laundry rooms, vending areas, report maintenance concerns to supervisor, assist with cleaning vacant units.
• Standards & safety: Follow schedules, use products safely per OSHA, maintain welcoming environment.
