Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. seeks Mortgage Field Inspectors (1099 Independent Contractors) to perform property inspections for mortgage companies. Flexible schedule, part-time or full-time, with weekly pay and a flat rate per inspection.

Inspectors travel locally, inspect occupied or vacant properties, and manage their own schedule. No licensing required; prior experience is a plus. Use InspectorADE to file reports and stay connected with coordinators.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance to travel within territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Computer with internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using InspectorADE.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
