Naperville Park District is seeking a part-time Fitness Attendant to greet members, guide tours, assist on equipment and keep facilities clean and safe. The role supports member services on the fitness floor under the Fitness Coordinator.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 19 years old, plus CPR, AED and First Aid within 3 months of hire. Strong communication and safety mindset are essential to deliver outstanding service.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, thanking and using member names.
• Conduct tours for new and potential members.
• Assist members with fitness equipment while concentrating on proper form.
• Learn each machine, educate members regarding fitness equipment.
• Clean fitness equipment and organize the fitness floor.
• Respond quickly to customer complaints or inquiries.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and report needs to Fitness Coordinator or Activity Center Manager.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies inside the facility and surrounding area.
