Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• CPR certification (BLS/ALS accepted) preferred.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess and record symptoms and patient progress.
• Administer prescribed medications.
• Assist in rehabilitation per physician's plan of treatment.
