Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Local Store Marketer to boost local sales by building community relationships and promoting store programs. You will support the Managing Partner and team, coordinate in-house promotions, and drive guest loyalty through outreach with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and civic groups.

The role focuses on developing partnerships, executing charitable events, and managing public relations efforts to raise brand awareness in the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Partner and management team with local store marketing programs that build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales
• Promote all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.)
• Build relationships during food and bread runs with businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.
• Help establish positive and ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events that position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and build brand awareness
• Assist in public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events that promote Texas Roadhouse
• Communicate frequently with the Managing Partner, management team, and all employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results
