Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology.
• Licensed or license-eligible psychologist.
• Experience in geriatric and rehab settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations.
• Work with adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing and rehab settings.
• Work independently within an integrated care model.
• Customize treatment plans and focus on patient care.
