• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals through exceptional guest service and retail sales.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products; perform product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about new trends, products, and services to advise guests effectively.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold store standards of cleanliness and safety.
