This full-time role involves interior and exterior paint maintenance at multiple locations, with a vehicle provided and a requirement to travel between Ft Collins, Greeley, Loveland, and Longmont.

Qualifications

• Experience in exterior and interior paint maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to multiple properties across Northern Colorado.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Reliability, punctuality, and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Surface prep: sand, scrape, tape, caulk, patch drywall, and prime surfaces.
• Apply interior and exterior coats of paint, stains, and sealants using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers.
• Clean up and maintain a spotless, hazard-free workspace and store/maintain tools.
• Operate and perform basic preventive maintenance on provided equipment.
• Deliver professional, courteous service to clients at every location.
