Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking Caregivers and Direct Care Workers to provide in-home care for clients in Sumter, SC and surrounding areas. The role offers full- and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Physical exam and TB test must be on file.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Help with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Handle light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, linens).
• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
• Notify supervisor of changes in a client's condition or behavior.
