AT&T in Westmont, Illinois is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer homes and businesses. You will work independently as a trusted expert and meet new people daily while solving problems and delivering great service.

The role requires flexible scheduling, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to lift up to 60 lbs. Training is provided, with opportunities for overtime and advancement within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs
• Weigh less than 325lbs., required for ladder safety.
• At times work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED

• Install the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services.
• Work independently at customers’ homes and businesses as a trusted expert.

• Put in a new line, climb a ladder or activate a wifi network.
