Job summary
THHN Consulting LLC, a Florida-based healthcare consulting firm, seeks licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide home health speech therapy as 1099 independent subcontractors across Florida. You will evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic disorders in the home setting on a flexible, self-directed schedule.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Florida SLP license.
- CCC-SLP credential from ASHA or CF eligibility with supervision plan.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Valid W-9 on file.
- Reliable transportation; dysphagia experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic disorders in home settings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for communication, cognition, and swallowing.
- Provide interventions for aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia, and cognitive-communication deficits.
- Coordinate MBSS/FEES referrals with the care team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe swallowing techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with home health regulations.
