Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for Sanford, FL with a flexible schedule and pay-per-visit earnings. You will deliver 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes while maintaining autonomy over your schedule and income.

Full-time, modified, and PRN options are available, with strong onboarding and ongoing clinical support, plus AI-assisted charting to save time and improve care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license is required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools.
