Qualifications
- Demonstrates a compassionate and professional approach to care.
- Able to follow individualized care plans as directed by clients.
- Willing to complete onboarding and training requirements.
- Communicates clearly with clients and the care team.
- Has reliable transportation to client homes when required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, hygiene, and dressing assistance.
- Support mobility and incontinence care as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Run errands and provide approved transportation for clients.
