The Lakes Home Care Services seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Florida. You will assist Physicians in creating and executing treatment plans and help patients regain movement while managing pain in home care settings.

Responsibilities include tracking patient progress, educating families on at-home exercises, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, particularly geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital/home care settings.
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and care routines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
