Job summary

Rainmaker Hospitality in Kentucky seeks a diligent housekeeping associate to maintain clean and comfortable guest rooms and provide friendly, courteous service to guests. You will support daily hotel operations in the Back of House department and collaborate with supervisors to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling room keys, stocking supplies, minimizing noise, assisting with laundry, and following hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to bend, stoop and lift.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must be able to operate industrial laundry equipment, cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Pick-up room reports and keys to assigned areas daily and log them.
• Go to laundry to get your cart and supplies as handed by supervisor.
• Keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing guests on the floor.
• Check-outs will be done first unless requested otherwise.
• Report any Do Not Disturb rooms to your supervisor for approval.
• Change sheets in every room daily unless guest requests otherwise.
• Proceed room to room observing Do Not Disturb signs.
• Clean rooms per established procedures and return cart to linen room at end of shift.
• Carry out all reasonable requests by management.
• Be flexible with work schedule and show up on time in clean uniform and name tag.
