Job summary

OAKBERRY is hiring a Team Member for an in-person role in Florida. You will greet customers, prepare bowls and beverages, operate the POS, and maintain a clean, organized store to deliver a memorable guest experience.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, flexibility for varied shifts, and a willingness to obtain a Food Handler Certificate. High school diploma and 6+ months experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $15 to $19 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and maintain eye contact, smile, and acknowledge customers waiting in line.
• Master the menu and suggest add-ons to increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and close interactions warmly.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments with integrity.
• Restock items and maintain inventory organization throughout the shift.
• Assist with receiving orders and ensure quality and accuracy.
