Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is hiring a dynamic coach to deliver science-based workouts, inspire members, and lead small to large group sessions. You will foster energy, safety, and accountability while supporting member onboarding and retention. The role emphasizes coaching excellence and a welcoming studio culture.

You will report to the Head Coach or Studio Manager, participate in events, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across all classes.

Qualifications

• High energy, self-motivated and committed to excellence.
• Minimum one year of group fitness coaching or personal training experience.
• Current nationally recognized fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA CPT, AFAA GFI, or equivalent) required.
• Current CPR/AED Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coach 8-12 classes per week.
• Deliver an exciting, high-energy workout experience for up to 24+ members per class.
• Build relationships that drive member engagement, attendance, and retention.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, studio events, and fitness workshops.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment through pre- and post-class cleaning protocols.
• Support Member Advisors with studio tours, introductions, and new member onboarding.
• Review workout templates prior to class to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Provide clear exercise instruction, movement demonstrations, and equipment safety guidance.
• Create an inclusive environment that welcomes members of all fitness levels.
